  I had a Starbucks holiday card that expires on 1/31/17, you get one buy purchasing 6 drinks and each time you buy one drink you get a stamp. I bought my 6 drinks so I had a full card. I went to go use it on Monday January 16th 2017 (the day that I'm writing this) and the lady named "Destiny" or "Denisha" he name tag was partially smudged... was very rude and told me it only works for holiday drinks only! The same drinks that are not listed on the menu. So After snatching the card out my hand and attempting to read it she still couldn't comprehend what it said. The she gets loud in an attempt to embarrass me, as if I'm trying to defraud the establishment. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich and a classic coffee cake, which she didn't make for some 13 minutes. When I finally received my food my drink was lukewarm and she tossed my food on the counter drawing the attention of the others waiting which cause one lady to exclaim wow! And shake her head! All in all this person was rude, incompetent, and presumably illiterate as she could not read what the card said. I own a business and I would not have anyone with this disposition under my employment.
